Credits are spent per image you generate, in the quality you pick: Fast or Premium HD. Asking for several variants costs one image's credits for each variant. A failed render doesn't cost credits.

Refunds and cancelling
Subscriptions: a full refund of your first payment within 7 days if you've used 50 credits or fewer, once per account; the subscription then ends and its credits are removed. Credit packs: a full refund within 30 days if none of the pack's credits were used, one pack refund every 90 days. Renewals, earlier billing periods and partial periods (including a plan change mid-period) aren't refunded. Request it yourself in Account → Billing; anything else goes to support. Cancel any time online in Account; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Read the refund policy- You can cancel your subscription anytime in the app. Open Account, choose Cancel subscription, then No thanks, cancel my subscription: two clicks.
- After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not charge cancellation fees, and there is no minimum commitment.
Pricing questions
When am I charged again?
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, from the day you subscribe, until you cancel. Account shows your next charge and its date.
Why does yearly billing include fewer credits?
Yearly billing costs much less per month, so it includes fewer credits each month (Standard: 250 credits a month billed yearly, 500 billed monthly; Pro: 500 credits a month billed yearly, 1,000 billed monthly; Expert: 650 credits a month billed yearly, 1,500 billed monthly). Monthly billing costs more and includes more credits. On both, credits reset every month and the price stays the same at every renewal.
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime, in Account → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions: a full refund of your first payment within 7 days if you've used 50 credits or fewer, once per account; the subscription then ends right away and its credits are removed. Credit packs: a full refund within 30 days if none of the pack's credits were used, one pack refund every 90 days. Renewals (including a renewal you forgot to cancel), earlier billing periods and partial periods aren't refunded. Eligible refunds are self-serve in Account → Billing; questions go to [email protected].
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset every month and don't roll over. Credits from credit packs never expire.
What's the difference between Fast and Premium HD?
You choose for every design, right next to the Generate button. Fast uses 1 credit and gives a quick, good-looking result at about 1 MP, ideal for trying styles. Premium HD uses 3 credits and renders with our best model plus a 2048 px HD download. Your plan picks a starting choice and the studio remembers your last pick. Free designs are watermarked and 1280 px in either quality. Premium HD only: Floor plan to 3D and Text to design.
What does a credit buy?
A Fast image from most tools uses 1 credit and a Premium HD image 3 credits. Advanced staging uses 2 credits (Fast) or 6 credits (Premium HD), a photo-to-video reveal 2 credits and a video walkthrough 25 credits. A failed render costs nothing.
Is there a daily limit?
Yes, a fair-use limit, and unlike most apps we publish it: a daily budget that lets you use all your monthly credits in about 20 days even if every design is Premium HD, plus 20% headroom. Fast designs use less of it, so more of them fit: Standard billed monthly: up to 50 Fast or 10 Premium HD designs a day; Standard billed yearly: up to 25 Fast or 5 Premium HD designs a day; Pro billed monthly: up to 100 Fast or 20 Premium HD designs a day; Pro billed yearly: up to 50 Fast or 10 Premium HD designs a day; Expert billed monthly: up to 150 Fast or 30 Premium HD designs a day; Expert billed yearly: up to 65 Fast or 13 Premium HD designs a day. Upscales and video walkthroughs draw on the same daily budget. It resets at midnight UTC; hitting it never costs you credits, you just continue the next day.
I subscribed before the new prices. What changes for me?
Nothing while you stay on your plan: you keep your price, your monthly credits and Premium HD designs at 1 credit each. If you switch plans, the new plan's price and credit costs apply.
