Text to Design
Text to Design starts from nothing but words. Pick the room type, choose a design style and describe the space you are imagining, and the AI generates a realistic image of that room. No photo, no sketch, no floor plan required.
It fills the gap before a project has anything to photograph: brainstorming a future renovation, exploring styles you are curious about, building a mood board, or picturing a home you have not moved into yet. Write up to 500 characters, generate, and compare up to four variants side by side. If a result is close, adjust the description and run it again.
Because there is no source photo, the result is a concept image of a new room rather than a preview of your actual space. When you want a direction applied to your real room, move to Interior Redesign with a photo, or use Style Transfer with the generated image as the inspiration photo. Text to Design covers interior rooms only; for houses and yards, start from a photo with Exterior Redesign or Garden & Landscape.
The best descriptions name the mood, the palette and two or three anchor pieces, then stop. Overloading one description with every detail tends to dilute the result; refining in a second run works better. Each image costs 1 credit, a failed render costs nothing, and every result is saved to your history so you can build a collection of directions before committing to one.

Questions
Do I need a photo to use Text to Design?
No. It generates a room from your written description, room type and style, which makes it useful for spaces you can't photograph yet.
Is the result a preview of my actual room?
No. It is a concept image of a new room. To apply a direction to your real room, use Interior Redesign with a photo, or Style Transfer with the generated image as inspiration.
How many credits does it cost?
Each image costs 1 credit, and you can ask for up to four variants per run. A failed render costs nothing.
What makes a good description?
Name the mood, palette and two or three anchor pieces, then refine in a follow-up run instead of packing everything into one description. You have up to 500 characters.
